  This is Adam, Lilly's ex. I'm writing to tell you that Lilly is dead. She took some sleeping pills, drank a bottle of whisky, and fell asleep in the bathtub sometime last night.    She left the enclosed letter on the counter. It was addressed to you.

   Wow, it's been a long time since I last heard from you. Honestly, I never thought I'd hear from you again, so you can imagine what a surprise it was for me to recieve your letter.

  It's been one year since I lost my little girl. So much has happened, and so much has changed.    Adam and I parted ways about 10 months ago, although we remain close friends. I went back to school and got my GED, and i'm now enrolled in the local community college. I have a part time job as a waitress, it's not much, but it pays the bills. I've really turned my life around Nathen, im on my way to becoming someone, someone that i'm not ashamed to be. No more secrets with me, no more hiding, and no more running. Well, its been several years since i've written anything on here, i've been going through a terrible period of writers block. But, I believe I am back, and hopefully much better now than I was when I was in high school, haha, but i'll let everyone else be the judge of that. I'm working on a couple of different short stories, hopefully I can get the done before school starts up again.
